About
Who built this and why
I served in the Marine Corps and spent years afterward working as a surgical technologist. Operating rooms run on precision and accountability — every instrument counted, every handoff documented, every deviation from protocol a potential consequence. That way of thinking didn't leave when I left the OR.
When I transitioned into software and IT, I brought that same lens to how I looked at systems. And what I kept seeing was a gap: the tools that give businesses and individuals real intelligence — about who they're dealing with, whether a company is legitimate, whether a website is quietly leaking trust — were either priced for enterprise, locked behind monthly subscriptions, or so watered down as to be useless.
I built near0 as the version of those tools I wanted to exist. Pay once. Get a real answer. No account, no subscription, no fluff. Whether you need to verify someone before you wire money, understand your site's actual exposure before you spend on ads, or know who you're about to partner with — near0 runs the checks and gives you the findings straight.
Every report that goes out runs against the same sources I'd check myself. I write the scan logic, I review the output formats, I fix what breaks. This is not a reskinned API wrapper. It's infrastructure I built from the ground up, running on systems I maintain.
I am based in northeast Mississippi. I am a one-person operation. If you email me, you get me.
