Crosswind PPG collects only the information you voluntarily provide (name, email, phone) when placing an order or contacting us. We use this information solely to process your order and communicate with you. We do not sell or share your personal information with third parties. Order data is stored securely and retained only as long as necessary for business records.

Returns & Exchanges

All sales are final on special-order items shipped directly from PAP Spain. For in-stock items shipped from our Mississippi location, we accept returns within 14 days of delivery for unused, uninstalled items in original packaging. Contact James directly to initiate a return:

Shipping costs for returns are the responsibility of the buyer unless the item was received damaged or incorrect.
