North Coast PPG collects only the information you voluntarily provide (name, email, phone) when placing an order or contacting us. We use this information solely to process your order and communicate with you. We do not sell or share your personal information with third parties. Order data is stored securely and retained only as long as necessary for business records.

Returns & Exchanges

All sales are final on special-order items shipped directly from PAP Spain. For in-stock items shipped from our Akron location, we accept returns within 14 days of delivery for unused, uninstalled items in original packaging. Contact James directly to initiate a return:

Shipping costs for returns are the responsibility of the buyer unless the item was received damaged or incorrect.

North Coast PPG is Ohio's exclusive authorized dealer for PAP (Polini America Paramotors) products. All product names, trademarks, and images are the property of their respective owners. Prices and availability are subject to change without notice.

Paramotoring involves inherent risks. North Coast PPG strongly recommends proper training before flying. We are not liable for injury or damage resulting from improper use of equipment. All sales are contingent on the buyer's acknowledgment that they are responsible for operating equipment safely and legally.
