We have designed the TINOX incredibly quick and easy to assemble and disassemble. Less than two minutes is all you need to be ready to fly. The chassis design makes it robust, allowing you to use it in Trike. North Coast PPG is Ohio's exclusive authorized PAP dealer, stocking a full complement of TINOX parts in Akron.

EVO ARMS
The combination of the EVO arms and the ATS will give you more stability in the air, along with the possibility to millimetrically adapt your position in flight. Engineered to transfer flight loads efficiently with minimal fatigue over long sessions.
DIFFERENT FRAME MATERIALS
FOR DIFFERENT NEEDS
We provided the TINOX with a Stainless Steel body to withstand hard landings. In the case of the frame, you can choose between Stainless Steel and Titanium or Black Titanium in 1400 and 1500. Whether you're a lightweight beginner on the Atom 80 or a heavier pilot running the Thor 260E for tandem flights — the right frame is in stock at North Coast PPG.
COMFORT & SAFETY
PAP HARNESS SLC V2
The PAP Harness SLC V2 is the result of feedback from our customers and extensive testing with our factory pilots, aiming to find the perfect balance between lightweight design, comfort, and safety. We have geometrically redesigned the harness in sizes M, L, and XL to ensure optimal geometry for each pilot.
LIGHTER
The harness is made from new, stronger and lighter materials compared to the previous model, making it 350g lighter. The Medium size weighs 2.57 kg.
NEW LEG ATTACHMENT POINT
The anchor point has been modified to provide more freedom to the legs during the takeoff run and make it easier to sit in the harness once in the air.
SIDE STRAPS ADJUSTERS
These adjustable straps allow pilots to fine-tune the fit of the harness around their ribs for a personalized, comfortable fit in flight.
NEW AIRBAG REMOVABLE
The new removable airbag provides enhanced protection and safety during flights by effectively absorbing impact forces in case of a bad landing or crash, while offering the flexibility to easily attach or detach it whenever needed.

The TINOX frame starts under 11 kg in size S — among the lightest full-steel frames in the world, without sacrificing rigidity.
MIDPOINT FOLDING
Midpoint fold keeps length under 80 cm when packed. Fits in any car trunk, overhead bin, or rigid travel case.
CIRCULAR INNER FRAME
Closed-loop inner frame geometry resists torque and lateral load better than open designs — critical for trike use and tandem flights.
AIRBAG
PAP-integrated airbag protection system is standard. Deploys automatically on hard landings to absorb impact before it reaches the pilot.
